Laser marking glass with a UV laser produces a smooth, frosted effect similar to the look of a chemical etch or sand blasted engraving but the UV generates near to zero debris

Unlike a CO2 laser mark to glass the UV does not create fractures that can cause damage to health and fall off to deteriorate the mark. A UV mark will produce much higher resolution with very fine detail.
