       Compared with the traditional exposure screen process, the laser cutting screen has the following advantages:

 

       ● Screen service life: Use PI material instead of photosensitive material to make screen plate, which has better abrasion resistance. With advanced two-time printing technology, the service life of the screen plate can be more than 2 times, which directly reduces the screen of the single cell. The cost of the plate is shared; in addition, the reduction in the frequency of screen plate replacement increases the production capacity of the screen printing process and reduces the loss of silver paste, which further reduces the non-silicon cost;

 

       ● The process is more environmentally friendly: laser processing belongs to physical processing, no chemical developer, no waste liquid discharge, more environmentally friendly, and greatly improves the working environment of employees;

       ● Pattern changes: directly draw electrode patterns in the laser marking software, save the steps of making exposure film, change quickly, and provide customers with customized development solutions;

       ● Processing accuracy and quality: greatly improve the yield rate, in addition, laser processing can obtain excellent opening taper, finer grid line width, and optimize the aspect ratio of the printed electrode, thereby further reducing the unit consumption of silver paste.

 

 

 

       Before laser cutting the screen, it is necessary to paste PI film on the surface of the screen. The PI thin film screen processing technology is to focus a laser beam of a specific wavelength on the PI film, and use the thermal effect of the laser to melt and vaporize the PI film and the corresponding adhesive layer to form a specific pattern. The solar screen film laser cutting equipment can run stably for 7*24 hours and is compatible with screens of different sizes. It has a high-precision CCD positioning system + high-precision XY linear motor platform configuration to reduce accuracy errors. The total processing time for the equipment to process a 160mm*160mm PI screen is less than 15 minutes, and the processing efficiency is greatly improved compared with the traditional technology; during the processing, the steel mesh is not damaged, the processing edge is free of burrs, and there is no residual glue; the processing taper and thread end are extremely poor All are controlled within 5μm, the line width is adjustable, and the yield is as high as 99%.
