Classification and application of laser marking machine 

Triumphlaser laser marking machine uses a laser beam to make permanent marks on the surface of various materials. 1. Fiber laser marking machine

Fiber laser marking machine uses a fiber laser , which has the characteristics of small size (no water cooling device, air cooling), good beam quality (fundamental mode), and maintenance-free.

Mainly used in: marking the required text, pattern, bar code and other graphics on plastic, electronics, metal, ceramics, tobacco and other materials.

2. UV laser marking machine

The UV laser marking machine is developed with a 355nm UV laser. The 355 ultraviolet light has a very small focus spot, which can reduce the mechanical deformation of the material to a great extent and has little processing heat influence. It is mainly used in products that enterprises have higher requirements on text and graphics.

3. Semiconductor laser marking machine

The main application industry is the same as that of fiber laser marking machine, but with the increasingly fierce market competition, the progress of fiber technology is getting faster and faster. Semiconductor laser marking machines on the market have been gradually replaced by fiber laser marking machines.

4. CO2 laser marking machine

CO2 laser marking machine is mainly used in some occasions that require finer and higher precision, such as non-metal industries such as food, medicine, leather, tobacco, wood products, and electronics. The marking effect is more delicate and beautiful than the silk screen and inkjet effect.
