No light

 

On the old-fashioned Q drive, the three gears of ON, OFF, and RUN have been selected incorrectly. OFF is the command to force the laser to be turned off, and ON is the command to force the light emission. The correct method is to select RUN to run.

The board card is broken, replace the board card. The voltage of the Q signal on the board. Under normal circumstances, the voltage of the Q signal is: low level for the Kairui board, that is, 0V when marking, 5V when not marking; high when marking the golden orange board The level is 5V when marking, and 0V when not marking.

The signal connection between the board and the driver is open. Replace or re-solder.

The light path is not adjusted properly, re-adjust the light path.

If the krypton lamp is broken, replace the krypton lamp.

Computer operating system or computer obstruction, reinstall the system or exchange the computer.

The laser power supply is broken. Replace the laser power supply.

Q driver is broken, replace Q driver.

Q switch is broken, replace Q switch.

 

 

Weak light

 

Marking software CW method is not selected, the light will be very weak, select CW method.

The M1, M2, and M3 gears on the Q drive are dialed incorrectly. The correct way is to select M1.

The focal length is wrong, adjust the focal length again.

The water temperature is too high.

The krypton lamp is aging, replace the krypton lamp.

The lenses of the total or semi-reflective lens, focusing lens, galvanometer lens, and Q switch are dirty or scratched. Wipe clean or exchange.

The cavity, total reflector, half reflector and beam expander are not adjusted properly. Re-adjust.

The Q switch is not adjusted properly. Normally, it emits light when marking. When not marking, the Q switch must lock the laser. The current of the laser power supply can be adjusted to a higher value, and the frequency doubler is placed in front of the half mirror to see if there is any light leakage. If the light leaks, the light will be very weak, re-adjust the Q switch.

The laser did not hit the center of the galvanometer, or the lens of the galvanometer was scratched. Re-adjust the light path, or change the galvanometer.

 

Continuous light

 

Wrong switching sequence may cause continuous light emission. The correct boot sequence is: total power supply => computer => marking software => chiller => Q drive => laser power supply => after the READY light on the isostimulus power supply is on => press the RUN key to start => galvanometer power switch . The shutdown sequence is reversed.

The ON, OFF, and RUN gear switches on the old-fashioned Q drive are dialed incorrectly. ON is a forced light-emitting command, and OFF is a forced laser-off command. The correct method is to select RUN to run.

The board card is broken, replace the board card. For Kairui boards, pay attention to the jumper cap on the board: YAG50 jumper cap should jump to the T end. (Be sure to pay attention to this problem when replacing the Kairui board)

The Q switch is not adjusted properly. Normally, it emits light when marking. When not marking, the Q switch must lock the laser.

In the case of Kairui Software, it may be relocated because of a problem with the marking software.

Computer or operating system problems. Exchange or reinstall the system.

Q driver is broken, replace Q driver.

If the Q switch is broken, replace the Q switch (this kind of situation is rare, generally speaking, if the Q switch is broken, the Q driver will alarm)

 

The galvanometer does not move

 

The parameter X, Y ratio adjustment option on the Kairui software is zero, the galvanometer will not move, and the parameters will be adjusted again.

The board card is broken, replace the board card. The voltage of the X and Y galvanometer signals on the board is normal: it changes between 0-5V when marking, and it is 0V when not marking.

The galvanometer signal line is open circuit, exchange it.

For Qin Long's galvanometer, the jumper cap next to the signal indicator on the driver must be removed, otherwise the galvanometer will not move.

The galvanometer is obstructed, change the galvanometer.

Computer operating system or computer obstruction, reinstall the system or exchange the computer.

 

Galvanometer jitter and howling

 

The ground wire is not connected properly, reconnect the ground wire.

The board card is broken, replace the board card.

Turn off the laser power supply and Q drive, and gently touch the galvanometer lens to see if the galvanometer is shaking or hear whether the galvanometer is squeaking. If the obstruction is eliminated, turn on the laser power supply and Q drive one by one to determine whether it is caused by the laser power supply or the Q drive.

If the galvanometer jitter or howling is caused by the laser power supply, the high-voltage line of the laser power supply can be separated from other signal lines as much as possible. Generally speaking, the obstruction can be eliminated. If the obstruction still exists, switch the laser power supply.

If the galvanometer jitter or howling is caused by the Q driver, you should check whether the connection between the Q driver and the Q switch is short-circuited. The signal line short-circuit will cause this obstruction. If the obstruction still exists, replace the Q drive.

The galvanometer is broken, replace the galvanometer.

Computer operating system or computer obstruction, reinstall the system or exchange the computer.

 

Marking effect is not good

The parameters of the marking software are not adjusted properly. Re-adjust the parameters.

The focus is not adjusted properly, adjust the focus again.

The marked graphics are not done well or the marking material is not available.

 

Graphic distortion

The parameters are not adjusted properly, re-adjust the pincushion bulging and horizontal straightness correction in the distortion correction.

The galvanometer is not adjusted properly. Remediation.

There is a problem with the marking software or system. Relocate the marking software or system.

The galvanometer is broken, replace the galvanometer.

 

Wrong size

The size of the exported graph does not match the required graph size, please remake the graph. Simple graphics can be updated in size with marking software, and double-mixed graphics are easily deformed.

The focal length has been transformed, and the focal length has been re-adjusted.

The proportional parameter is not adjusted properly. Re-adjust the parameters.

If multiple patterns are marked in the same graphic, the size of each pattern is different, the Golden Orange software can adjust the correction parameters. Kairui Software does not have this parameter to adjust.

 

Marking misalignment

 

After working for a period of time, the marking is misplaced (YMDF and RF series marking machines have the same processing methods)

The screw for stabilizing the galvanometer is not tightened, so stabilize the galvanometer tightly.

Operating system or marking software problems, or operating system with anti-virus software can sometimes cause this problem. Reinstall the system or delete the antivirus software and reinstall the marking software.

If you have problems with the galvanometer, change the galvanometer.

 

Mark straight lines into waves

If you use the foot switch of the Kairui software, you must use the small triangle mark on the common tool bar of the marking software to mark (press F5 to pop up this marking dialog box). If you click the marking button on the status bar to mark, the foot switch will Doesn't work.

If it is a golden orange board, also check whether the setting of (F3 parameter)/port/start marking port/input port is 0, if it is not set to 0, the foot switch will not work.
