I purchased the 532 nm green laser about a year ago, due to COVID and shipping to US it took until May to receive but I'm not complaining about that. They sent me the parts and guided me through the changeout procedure. The engineer installed green laser remotely and configured it. This is a great machine and I have made many beautiful things, like relief sculptures. It is obviously also good for parts cutout. I have had some issues with the vacuum system that we are still working out. Being new to using a green laser cut nested parts that will take less than an hour or so. Not to be used for holding down work while relief sculpting, takes much too long and will burn up the motors. Many thanks to Mr. Zheng, one of their sales representatives and  their engineer.
