I had been dealing with RFH in regards to the UV laser marking machine. She has been wonderful to deal with always willing to go the extra mile to clear my questions and also guide me to using the machine.  She has been a pleasure to do business with and kept me updated with pictures at the time of packing and gave me notifications to when the item was being shipped. The shipment arrived way before u expected and everything was as described. Even after purchase the afterservice is brilliant I would definitely deal with RFH Again ! .
