How to solve the shallow depth of laser engraving of UV laser marking machine

When the UV laser marking machine is in use, the problem of weak laser light and shallow laser engraving depth often occurs. This problem is generally caused by improper operation.

 

1. Check whether the laser of the UV laser marking machine deviates from the center point after entering the galvanometer. The optical path is biased, so that the beam cannot be concentrated in the corresponding marking area, so the marking pattern and text will become very shallow. At this time, you can use the frequency multiplier to adjust the optical path to restore the normal state.

 

2. Check whether the output current of the acousto-optical power supply is low or the position of the acousto-optical crystal is shifted, increase the current of the acousto-optical power supply or correct the position of the acousto-optical crystal, if the power supply current is too small, the beam is too small or the marking frequency appears abnormal, thus affecting the marking effect. Generally, the larger the current of the laser engraving machine, the higher the marking intensity will be.

 

3. Whether the resonant cavity of the UV laser marking machine has been used for a long time and the lens of the UV laser marking machine is too dirty, so that the emitted laser beam cannot be expanded and focused, which affects the marking effect and the position changes slightly. , and fine-tune each mirror of the resonator to optimize the spot. If the lens is too dirty, you can use a cotton swab dipped in alcohol for scrubbing. This cleaning method is effective and will not damage the parts of the laser engraving laser machine.

 

4. The speed of the UV laser marking machine is too fast, and the beam has not yet achieved the marking effect. If the marking speed exceeds the designed frequency range, it will affect the marking effect and make the text or pattern unclear.

 

5. If the current of the UV laser marking machine is adjusted to 25A, the marking depth of the laser is not strong enough, then it means that the krypton lamp is the problem, and the krypton lamp needs to be replaced.

 

UV laser marking machine The depth of focus of the laser beam is inversely proportional to the wavelength. For the rear scanning mode of the objective lens, if the static focusing method is adopted, the focusing surface is a spherical arc surface. If the defocus error in the entire working surface is controlled within the focus depth range, the static focusing method can be adopted.
