Because electronic components are most afraid of the humid environment, the laser condensation problem can be large or small. Once the surface dew enters the interior of the laser, the performance of the laser will be reduced in light, and the laser will be directly damaged in severe cases.

 

There are many sensors and circuit boards inside the laser. If dew drops on the circuit board, it will not only corrode the sensors and circuit boards, but also cause different degrees of damage to the surface coating.

 

How to avoid laser condensation?

 

Each laser has its own working temperature, humidity, etc., so the environment and working mode should be adjusted according to the requirements of different lasers. If there are problems such as condensation accidentally, don't panic, adjust the temperature of the working environment or the laser in time, so that the temperature difference between the environment and the laser does not exceed 3 °C.

 

The RFH laser has a strong guarantee in terms of structure. Even if there is a certain degree of condensation, the sealed structure can ensure the stable operation of the laser. If it encounters extremely unsuitable temperature and humidity, the RFH laser will stop emitting light and give an alarm. At this time, maintenance personnel need to adjust according to the instructions.

 

Laser use environment requirements:

 

Anti-condensation means that the temperature difference between the environment and the laser does not exceed 3 degrees. The laser temperature adjustment is controlled by adjusting the temperature of the chiller to avoid condensation due to too low water temperature.

 

Tips: Sometimes when the ambient temperature is high and the temperature cannot be lowered (injection molding factory), it may be necessary to sacrifice some laser power and increase the laser temperature to narrow the gap with the ambient temperature to ensure no condensation.

1. Adjust the working environment

 

If possible, place the laser in a temperature and humidity balance and suction system cabinet (the placement environment should be free of shock and vibration, and should be flat). Clean, it can also effectively prolong the service life of the laser and ensure personal safety.

2. Remember the boot sequence

 

When starting up, the constant temperature and air extraction system should be turned on first. After the system has been running for a period of time, the water cooler will be turned on, and finally the laser will be turned on. When shutting down, turn off the laser first, and then turn off the water cooler to prevent condensation caused by excessive temperature difference.

 

3. Pay attention to the use of water coolers

 

Use deionized water or distilled water for cooling water, and change the water regularly (change the water every 1-3 months according to the power); check the water inlet and outlet to prevent reverse connection; in case of prolonged shutdown, the interior of the cooling system and the cooling system must be emptied. Cooling water inside the laser.

 

4. Instant shutdown for dehumidification and cooling

 

If you are in an environment of high temperature and high humidity (too high temperature and humidity) when starting up, or if you find condensation on the laser during use, you should wipe off the condensed water after shutting down to improve the ambient temperature and reduce the temperature difference between the laser and the laser.
