Copper foil scribing and cutting process
Because the manufacturing difficulty and cost of copper foil are very high, when cutting and processing copper foil, the process requires sufficient fineness to reduce the scrap rate of materials.
At present, UV laser cutting is the most suitable process for scribing and cutting copper foils that the industry has unanimously recognized. The principle of ultraviolet laser cutting is to realize cutting by scanning back and forth with a high-energy beam of galvanometer. Its advantage is that the laser used in it is a cold light source, which has little thermal effect on the processed material, fine spot, and small processing gap. Therefore, when cutting and scribing copper foil, the processing edge has no carbonization, no burr, and no copper The foil is deformed to realize the roll-to-roll processing mode.
