Prior to this, traditional aluminum plate cutting technology was time-consuming and labor-intensive, and consumed materials and blades. The products made were also very ineffective. The high-power UV laser does not require other parts, and can be used only by plugging in. The high-power setting can increase the cutting thickness of the aluminum plate. High-power UV laser cutting has small thermal deformation and concentrated energy, and the energy transmitted to the cutting material is small, causing minimal deformation. In addition, its cutting saves materials, and different aluminum plate processing parts can be cut on the basis of computer programming, which improves the material utilization rate and saves a large amount of material costs.
