Laser arrived in excelent condition and very good packed in wooden case. Excelent communication with seller, he has answered very fast to all my questions. I am working with laser last 7 days, everything is set up by seller, he has adjusted software parameters for both 110mm and 200mm lens. I am engraving only silver, and results are excelent, only problem is in silver because it has great light reflection, so I needed to little experiment. I tried laser on other metals and results are also incredible. My recomendations for this seller
